The ASH suite of classes are a complete offering to move and align your body & mind. We are dedicated to providing challenging mindful movement & fitness in an inclusive, no judgement environment. There is a class and pathway to suit all levels, including complete beginners and even Pilates teachers.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Align

Focusing on traditional Pilates principles to build core strength as well as work the entire body, Reformer Align is a challenging workout within a structured, monitored environment. Including traditional mat exercises on the reformer, this class is alignment and core strength focused to build the foundations of a strong and stable body. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Reformer Flow

Blending strong Pilates and conditioning moves to strengthen and lengthen, this class allows your body to move in all planes of motions on the reformer bed. Expect balance challenges to activate and strengthen your core muscles, and flowing strength moves to challenge your entire body. Suitable for all levels.

Reformer Plus

Active pace & more advanced exercises on the reformer, this class will get your heart rate up by challenging your entire body. With a focus on strength and larger dynamic movements, this class is energizing and challenging. Not suitable for beginners, clients with pre-existing conditions or Prenatal clients. *Please note: To get the most out of this class, you must be familiar with our Allegro 2 reformer beds. It is mandatory to attend an Align or Flow class prior to attending a Dynamic class.**

Reformer Stretch & Core

Luscious stretchy flows combined with core strengthening, this class allow your body to release & stretch in all planes of motion combined with core strengthening work. Focusing on movement, spinal articulation, core conditioning & achieving a full body release for your body & mind, it’s a great complement to your Pilates practice. Suitable for all levels.

Pre-natal, Post-natal and Mums & Bubs Pilates

Focus on maintaining or building strength specifically for the changes in your body during and after pregnancy, our classes are designed for women to feel safe, supported and to feel strong and confident in their bodies and mind.

Please note: For prenatal clients who are wanting to attend our group classes post 12 weeks, it is mandatory to attend a 1:1 pre-natal session with one of our experienced teachers before attending group classes.

Corporate/Private group sessions

Corporate/Private group Pilates, yoga and movement - At your location or ours, for 1 or 100 people, we can lead and host customised Pilates, movement and wellness sessions to suit your business or event. We can host up to 10 people for a private Reformer Pilates session at our beautiful Thornbury or Coburg studios. We offer full Corporate wellness services with highly qualified movement specialists.

Roll & Release Pilates - Through a blend of foam roller exercises and functional fascia training & release, our signature foam roller Pilates class will focus on full body strengthening, mobility & optimal spinal alignment. In addition to assisting muscle regeneration, our Roll & Release Pilates class will help to stimulate the skin (improving circulation) and relieve pain & tightness in muscles & connective tissues. You'll leave feeling longer, more aligned & stronger. Suitable for all levels. Hosted at your venue/office

Barre Pilates Flow - The best of our 3 favourite modalities in one class! Combining Pilates principles to build core strength with the strength & toning ballet conditioning & yoga-inspired flows, our Barre Pilates Flow classes have challenging, fluid movements to build toned, long and lean muscles in a low impact environment. Using small pilates props. Hosted at your venue/office

Private (1:1 or 2:1) Reformer sessions

Introduction to Reformer Pilates session - Build confidence & technique in this private 50min introduction to Reformer Pilates session with one of our highly qualified teachers. Perfect for those new to Pilates or wanting to build confidence and technique before entering a group class. Please call or email to schedule your appointment before purchasing the pass

Prenatal Pilates session - Safe prenatal strength & stability. To attend group classes post 12 weeks, you must completed a private 50min Prenatal session with one of our highly qualified teachers. Once your have completed your prenatal session, you will be able to safely attend any class on the schedule (excluding Reformer Stretch & Core and Reformer Plus classes).
